No, it is not like we really have time to be posting here, but it does take our minds off of the many papers yet to write.
I have not gotten too involved in meme's (from Dictionary.com : –noun - a cultural item that is transmitted by repetition in a manner analogous to the biological transmission of genes), but this one seemed interesting - especially as it applies to life at seminary. The text below is from http://www.goingtoseminary.com/ (who knew - here I am almost done and I just found this website).

Here are the answers for me:
1. Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary (LTSS)
2. Ethics
3. Tough question, but probably Dr. Ridenhour (homiletics professor, now retired)
4. Internship - being a student worker after many years in industry
5. Internship - this is what ministry in the parish will be like
6. Plans after seminary - not up to me - except to find the place that God has prepared for me/us to serve Him.
7. Hundreds, if not thousands during 4 years.
Tagging 5 people is a little tougher, since they need to be seminary students - David, Ruth Ann, Nathan, Carolyn, and Annette are the 5 seminary bloggers that I can think of.

News from Ray & Ruth Ann about life at Seminary. This web log was started as we prepared for a trip to Mississippi to spend a month with LDR (Lutheran Disaster Response), and continued when we returned to seminary. The blog went with us on internship, and now has followed us back to seminary for our senior year.

Some highly observant person recently noticed that Ray is the night owl and I'm the morning person of our duo. Guess the times of these posts will be further evidence of that! Although I should note that I was still up reading last night when Ray posted, but he is still in bed asleep right now!
As for the answers to this meme - I will be hard pressed to come up with different answers, since he and I have shared our seminary experiences!
1. I, too am a student at LTSS.
2. Ethics.
3. Tough choice - I'll go with our New Testament Professor, Dr. Peterson. I think he has taught more of the courses I've taken than anyone elsa: Greek Reading, NT Theology, and two classes on the Pauline books. Besides, he too, is a great preacher, so he has greatly influenced my study of the NT, my exegetical work, and my preaching!
4. Memorizing stuff (like names and dates) for History of Christianity. Learning Greek and Hebrew was much easier!
5. Aside from pastoral experiences like internship and CPE, just the chance to 'sit at the feet' of our professors and listen to all that they know and are willing to teach us.
6. To find out what/where God has prepared for us next.
7. Innumerable times - mostly this past few months, but often all along the way.
